Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026 · Beta

1. What Ollie is

Ollie is a rehearsal tool. You upload scripts, and Ollie helps you rehearse them — reading other characters' lines aloud with synthesized voices, tracking your memorization progress, and letting you rehearse with other people. Ollie is currently in beta: features may change, break, or be removed, and we may reset or limit accounts as we tune the service.

2. Your scripts

You keep all rights to the scripts you upload. By uploading a script you confirm that you have the right to use it for private rehearsal — for example, you own it, licensed it for a production, or it is in the public domain.

Ollie processes uploaded scripts only to provide the service to you: parsing them into scenes and lines, generating audio for rehearsal, and syncing them across your sessions. We do not sell your scripts, publish them, or use them to train AI models. Note that parsing and premium voices are powered by third-party AI providers (see the Privacy Policy), which process script text on our behalf.

3. Voice recordings

Some features listen to your voice (rehearsal line detection, memorization tracking) or use voice samples you provide (voice cloning, where available). Only upload or record a voice you have the right to use — your own, or someone who has given you clear permission. Do not clone anyone's voice without their consent.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Ollie to infringe copyright, impersonate people, generate deceptive audio, harass anyone, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account. Usage limits apply by plan tier and may change during beta. You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which permanently removes your scripts, recordings, and rehearsal data.

6. Disclaimers

Ollie is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. During beta especially, don't treat Ollie as the only copy of anything important — keep your own copies of your scripts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll note the new effective date here and make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continuing to use Ollie after changes take effect means you accept them.
